Summer Lakes is a 364-acre community, which will be home to approximately 1,000 families at completion. Summer Park is a 191-acre community which will be home to 200 families.

 

The community is situated adjacent to Brazos Town Center. The center integrates 100 acres of retail with high-end multi-family units, single family homes, and a medical/professional office park – all interconnected with parks, trail systems, lakes and fountains. This unique development is strategically positioned as the “gateway” to the rapidly growing towns of Rosenberg and Richmond. Brazos Town Center and the surrounding shopping centers give you access to national retail stores and restaurants as well as local boutiques and diners, all just minutes from home.

 

Summer Lakes and Summer Park both feature great amenities for your family to enjoy. Residents of Summer Lakes and Summer Park have access to and are allowed use each neighborhood's amenities.

 

There are community walking trails which meander by the community’s lakes, a resort-style pool and clubhouse, and a children’s playground. The land plan has been designed around the community’s three lakes, and lake front home sites are available. With manicured gardens and sparkling lakes and fountains, Summer Lakes and Summer Park offer residents relaxing and beautiful places to enjoy nature and their neighborhood.  Summer Park’s amenities include a Wi-Fi pavilion, playground, rose arbor, climbing rocks, fountain, benches, and natural play areas.

A new splash pad is being constructed in Summer Lakes and the existing pool facility is currently undergoing improvements.

Community Life

Summer Lakes and Summer Park are in Fort Bend County and have a low MUD tax in comparison to other new home communities, so you can enjoy more home for your money.

Summer Lakes and Summer Park both have a professional Home Owner’s Association, Principal Management Group Houston, which enforces all provisions of the community’s Governing Documents, providing for maintenance, preservation and architectural control.

Temporary Driving Directions due to road closures: Take 59 South to FM 762/Reading Road exit.  Continue straight at the fork for Reading Road and go over the overpass.  Exit feeder road to the right to Reading Road (after Hobby Lobby shopping center).  Turn left on Reading Road and go over 59.  Follow signs to Summer Lakes and Summer Park.

Take U.S. Hwy. 59 South and exit FM 762. Turn left on FM 762. Turn right on FM 2977 and follow the signs to Summer Lakes & Summer Park.
