Summer Lakes Homeowner’s Association, Inc. (“HOA”) is a non-profit organization. The principal purposes of the association are the collection, expenditure and management of the funds and financial affairs of the Association, enforcement of all provisions of the governing documents providing for maintenance, preservation and architectural control, the provisions of Subdivision Facilities and all other acts reasonably incident to any of the foregoing within the community.
Summer Park Property Owners Association, Inc. (“POA”) establishes an administrative and funding structure, administered by a council, with the mission and authority to initiate programs, activities and services to facilitate and enhance community life in Summer Lakes and Summer Park while responding to individual and collective creativity and interest in areas such as education, preservation, public relations, cultural activities, social activities and programs for the community.
