Community Pool Hours & Information (2017)

Pool Hours

       * The pool hours are updated closer to pool season.  These hours are estimated at on January 1st of each year according to the previous year’s schedule.  However, they are subject to change.

  • Closed January 1, 2016 – May 19, 2018
  • Open Weekends starting May 20, 2018 – May 31, 2018 (11:00am-8:00pm) Saturday and Sundays Only
  • Open Full Time Beginning June 1, 2018 (11:00am – 8pm)
    • Tuesdays-Sundays(11am-8pm)
    • Closed Mondays for maintenance
  • Last day of full season will be August 19, 2018
  • Open weekends from August 26, 2018 - September 3, 2018

To gain access to the pool area you are required to a new pool tag please look in the HOA forms for more information.



Pool Management

Summer Lakes Homeowner’s Association, Inc. (HOA) Governing Documents

Summer Park Property Owners Association, Inc. (“POA”) establishes an administrative and funding structure, administered by a council, with the mission and authority to initiate programs, activities and services to facilitate and enhance community life in Summer Lakes and Summer Park while responding to individual and collective creativity and interest in areas such as education, preservation, public relations, cultural activities, social activities and programs for the community.

Temporary Driving Directions due to road closures: Take 59 South to FM 762/Reading Road exit.  Continue straight at the fork for Reading Road and go over the overpass.  Exit feeder road to the right to Reading Road (after Hobby Lobby shopping center).  Turn left on Reading Road and go over 59.  Follow signs to Summer Lakes and Summer Park.

Take U.S. Hwy. 59 South and exit FM 762. Turn left on FM 762. Turn right on FM 2977 and follow the signs to Summer Lakes & Summer Park.
