Terry High School Students’ Artworks Featured in the Houston Museum of Natural Science in Sugar Land
Enjoy artwork created by the students of Terry High School at the Sugar Land location of the Houston Museum of Natural Science while they are displayed! Visitors can see numerous artworks by the Art IV and AP Art students until the end of December. There are about eight to nine pieces form each student on display to present how their skill sets have developed through the semester.
Art Instructor, Dr. Joan Maresh Hansen, is incredibly proud that her students are able to display their work for the public to see. Mandalas from Terry High’s Art 1 classes are also displayed in the museum’s art gallery. Families and friends can visit the museum for free if they “notify the museum’s admission clerk that they are there to see the art exhibit.”
